A film club for friends and colleagues

Take turns picking films. Then rate them.

Each member picks a film in turn. Scores stay hidden until the club reveals them, so nobody's rating leans on anyone else's.

Free. Start on your own and invite people when you're ready.

An example club, Sunday Matinee, revealing its scores for Paris, Texas: alice 8.0, bob 6.0, carol 9.0, dave 5.0, eve 7.0. Club average 7.0.

How a round works

Everyone gets a pick. Everyone gets a score.

  1. 01

    Pick in turn

Each member chooses a film for the round. Spin the wheel to set the order you watch them in.

  2. 02

    Watch on your own time

Watch together or apart. Members mark a film watched, or say when they plan to get to it.

  3. 03

    Rate and reveal

Scores are revealed to the whole club at once. Over the rounds, club stats show your top-rated films and your most generous critic.

On your own too

Rate films between club nights.

Rate anything you watch, not only your club's picks. You can start today and bring friends in later.

  • Diary

Every film you rate, kept by the date you watched it.

  • Watchlist

Films you want to see, ready for when it's your turn to pick.

  • Letterboxd

Import your history, and keep new ratings syncing across.

Who made this

I built Film Club for my own group of friends, and we've run our club on it since August 2025.

If your club needs something it doesn't do yet, tell me with the feedback button once you're in.
